Important Server Rules

FiveM General Rules (Section A)​

A.1 Microphone - A microphone is required to join the server. You must use push to talk (ptt / push-to-talk) and not voice activity.) You cannot spam your microphone (eg: screaming, playing music, background noise, obnoxious or loud soundboards, music, etc.
A.2 Trolling / No Intent To RP (NITRP) - Trolling is not welcome in the server. You must come on the server with the intent of roleplaying and following the rules.
A.3 Metagaming - Metagaming is not permitted under any circumstance: stream sniping is included in this rule. For example, you cannot call someone by their player tag.
A.4 Power Gaming - This involves using either game or role play mechanics to alter a situation so it best suits your desires. You must be willing to roleplay a situation to its fullest and not ruin the experience of others.
A.5 Away From Keyboard (AFK) - Do not go AFK for periods longer than ten minutes, you will be kicked. Repeated AFK offenses may result in a ban. The only acceptable place to AFK is spawn (use /afk to be brought to spawn)
A.6 Random Death Match (RDM) - RDM is killing or tazing of another player without any type of hostile initiation. Intentions must be clearly stated to the intended target, and they MUST be given reasonable time to react. Texting through the phone to a player is an allowed method of starting RP. (Initiation only lasts for five minutes. This means if you tell someone to put their hands up or die and they get away and it's been more than 5 minutes you must initiate on them again)
A.7 Random Vehicle Deathmatch (RVDM) - Randomly running over others is not acceptable. You can run someone over if they pose a threat or you have a sufficient character reason to do so. Police may use a PIT maneuver with reason.
A.8 Breaking RP - When in-game, you must never break character unless spoken to by an admin - there are no exceptions. If you need to speak with a staff member you must use /help or /report. Do not spectate staff to file reports. This includes talking while your character is dead or knocked out.
A.9 Combat Logging - Combat Logging is not tolerated. Do not exit the game to avoid a role-play situation or a conversation with a staff member. If your game crashes contact a staff member immediately.
A.10 Chat - You should be respectful to members in chat at all times. If you are unhappy with a person, ask them to come to Discord and talk about it with a staff member present.
A.11 Game Modifications - We allow visual mods as long as they don’t give you an unfair advantage. (This does not include map mods that add street names). Any modifications to your game that give you an unfair advantage will not be tolerated.
A.12 Slurs Against Protected Groups - Using racial slurs, homophobic slurs, etc. are against the rules, in and out of character.
A.13 Spamming Chat- Do not intentionally spam chat.
A.14 English - English is the only permitted language in both voice chat or text chat on all platforms. If English is your second language you must be able to speak in a way that people may understand you.
A.15 Priority Cooldown (PCD) - PCD is listed in the bottom left of your screen. While this is active or "On Hold" no priority calls can be conducted. You cannot stall for priority cooldown to expire. During Priority Cooldown (PCD) you may not do priority calls such as shootings, kidnappings, running from police, etc. You can continue calls that started BEFORE priority cooldown but make sure to IMMEDIATELY call out in OOC your RP and that it started before PCD.
A.16 Ending RP - Staff can end an RP for any reason. You cannot end an RP because it did not have a favorable outcome.
A.17 LEO Impersonation - Unless in a Whitelisted Department or Staff you can not declare you are an LEO.
A.18 Plane Crashes - Plane Crash RP is allowed but there are restrictions on these RP's. Restrictions are: Must crash into fields, grass plains, at no point in time should you be crashing in the middle of the road or onto people as it is considered terrorism RP.
A.19 LEO/EMS Vehicles -At any time you are not allowed to steal or rob EMS Vehicles. You must be a Department Staff Member and an Admin, you may rob or steal marked LEO vehicles if they are left unoccupied or unlocked. A.17, E.1 and E.1a Still apply with this rule.
A.20 Interrupting / Interjecting into Scenes - At any time you can not make yourself part of a scene that has already started. Accidents happen, and you can accidentally get involved. (This includes assisting the police, or helping others escape the police when you were not there from the beginning). For Clarification, other rules imply are Powergaming(A.4) and Metagaming (A.3). Use your RP advantages to get people properly involved or into a scene. Any gray areas are self-explained in the rules.
A.21 Drama - We will have zero tolerance for drama held anywhere within our realm, (discord, server, forums etc) any situation that arises will be dealt with via server management. If you are not able to be a contributing positive member of this community, we will not allow you to be a member.

FiveM Character Rules (Section B)​

B.1 Sexual RP - Sexual RP is not allowed under any circumstances.
B.2 Value of Life - At all times you must value your life as if it was your last. If you're at a clear disadvantage, for example, a gun pointed to the back of your head whilst you're looking the other direction, you must comply with their demands. If you are outnumbered you must comply. If you are being kidnapped IMMEDIATELY obey the orders as if you would if someone actually threatened you with a gun.
B.3 Cop Baiting - Attempting to force a cop to interact with you is a violation of this rule. For example, revving your engine right as you pull next to a cop.
B.4 Terrorist RP- Terrorist role play is not acceptable under any circumstance. Any character that has been intentionally made to look like a terrorist is not allowed. Hijacking Planes is unacceptable under any circumstance.
B.5 Animal RP - Animal role play cannot be used by anyone except permitted staff members.
B.6 Hitman RP - Hitman RP is not allowed. Snipers are also not allowed. This includes muskets. Staff restricted.
B.7 Whitelisted Gangs - Gang RP is allowed only if you are in a whitelisted gang. To join a whitelisted gang, you must apply and wait to be informed on your acceptance/denial. Gang RP includes using similar character models/clothes and driving similar vehicles in large groups, with the purpose of acting like a gang. Gang RP also includes having a group of more than 4 people while taking place in criminal activity.
B.8. Metagaming gangs - Following or attacking gangs based off the assumption that they may be a part of a gang are violations to this rule.
B.9 Racist/Homophobic RP - At no time are you allowed to do any racist or homophobic RP.
B.10 Unrealistic Models - Character models that are unrealistic are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, aliens, bigfoot, cartoon characters, invisible peds, etc.
B.11 Character Death - In the event of character death, you must wait for Fire/EMS or Police to interact with you. You should not ask for a revive even if you were RDM'd or VDM'd. You cannot revive players if you are not LEO/EMS. You cannot revive yourself until the RP has ended, and the timer expires.
B.12 Unrealistic Revival - When you are revived, you’re in medical custody until a member of EMS releases you. You may not simply run off once revived by a medic. This also includes getting CPRed by a civilian while not at a hospital.
B.13 Suicide RP -SuicideRP is not allowed under any circumstances.
B.14 GTA Online Driving - Drive like you would in the real world. Driving unrealistically is not allowed. For instance, you cannot drive a Ferrari up a mountain. You can still run from cops at high speeds but try your best to follow road rules. In a chase you are limited to 175 mph top speed.
B.15 New Life Rule (NLR)- If you are declared dead you cannot return to the situation you were involved in, nor can you partake in it for 15 minutes. You can return with another character but may not get involved. If the situation moves location and you accidentally get caught up in it you must make all efforts to leave.
B.16 Tacticool Uniforms - Using duty belts, bulletproof vests, military items or other "tacticool" items is against the rules. This includes the level 3 Merryweather vest. Security must follow the security guard rules. Gun holsters are allowed.
B.17 Private Donator Vehicles - Donator vehicles are purchased real life model vehicles that players may buy for their own personal use. Driving these vehicles without authorization is prohibited. Stealing these vehicles is prohibited. You may buy these vehicles separately, request access from the respective owner or buy one of the VIP Packs. There are free real life models in the #starthere section of the discord as well as a chance to unlock four vehicles by boosting the Project Underground RP Discord Server.
B.17a. Real life vehicle models that are found in the #start-here channel in the main New World RP Discord are allowed to be driven and stolen as they are considered free. Driving or stealing other real vehicle models outside of that list (i.e. VIP donator vehicles) are prohibited.
B.17b. The spawn code for any private vehicles MUST be included in the ticket in our Donator Discord.
**All purchases are in the form of donations**
B.18 Political Roleplay or IRL controversy is not allowed under any circumstances.
B.19 Character Age - Your character's age must be 18 or older, anything under 18 will not be tolerated.
B.20 Mutilation RP - Mutilation roleplay is not allowed in any circumstances, any player caught mutilating a body (player, animal etc) will face punishment from staff. Any interpretation of this rule will apply the same punishment.

Combat Rules (Section C)​

C.1 /ME Command - You must RP taking your weapon out using /me. Large weapons can be grabbed from a car or a bag. Police are allowed to sling a weapon but have to /me taking the weapon from the sling due to not being able to possess a bag. If you are a civilian and you possess a bag you can /me a large weapon from it. If you jump into a vehicle the /me command is reset and you must do this every time you leave a vehicle. Generally, unless explicitly stated below, a large weapon is one that requires two hands.

C.2 Restraints - If you are in restraints (hands up or police restraints) you cannot use any radios or cell phones. This means no talking in discord, Teamspeak, or other outside-the-game chat.
C.3 Tasers (Tasers) - Tasers cannot be used by civilians or any security other than Gruppe 6.
C.4 At no point should a vehicular pursuit exceed the speed of 175 mph. This is to avoid unrealistic chases and GTA driving.
C.5 Teleporters - At no time should you wait for someone to take a teleporter to gain an unfair advantage in combat. (An elevator with a teleport, interior, etc.)
C.6 Airsoft Weapons - Airsoft weapons will not be entertained by LEO, all weapons are treated as real firearms and will be handled with such care by the user and treated by LEO as a threat if used in such mannerism.



Faction Rules (Section D)
D.1 Radio Traffic - All emergency service members, community officers, and Gruppe 6 security must be in the proper RTO at all times. LEO/Fire must be in the proper RTO for the Area of Role Play (AOP). You must join RTO before you patrol. RTO is on Teamspeak unless explicitly stated in a server announcement.
D.2 - Police Scanners - Police scanners are not allowed. Only police/ems/fire are allowed to be in the emergency service RTOs. Police
D.3 Cop Baiting - Cop baiting is not permitted. This includes taking actions in order to make the police chase and/or engage with you, especially in order to start a firefight.
D.4 Unrealistic Phone Use - Using a phone while in police custody/prison is considered FailRP . This includes sending messages, talking in discord, or tweeting.
D.5 Improper EMS Kidnap - EMS cannot be killed or kidnapped.
6 D.6 Gruppe 6 RP - All security guards must be a member of Gruppe 6. You may customize your own Gruppe 6 PED, as long as it follows the basic outfit scheme. You cannot be a security guard that is not a member of Gruppe 6.
D.7 Gruppe 6 Weapons - Gruppe 6 must use the following weapons:

Combat Pistol (or Pistol)
Taser
Flashlight
Nightstick
Fire Extinguisher


D.8 Gruppe 6 Vehicles- Gruppe 6 are not law enforcement. They cannot use their lights on public property/roadways, and may only use them on private property. Under no circumstances can Gruppe 6 use a siren. Gruppe 6 must use the following vehicles only:

Gruppe 6 Dodge Charger (gruppe1)
Gruppe 6 Ford Explorer (gruppe2)
Gruppe 6 Chevy Impala (gruppe3)
Gruppe 6 Chevy Tahoe (gruppe4)
The stockade/armored vehicle can ONLY be used for transporting money/high value items. The stockade cannot be used to patrol around properties.

D.9 Gruppe 6 Detainment - Gruppe 6 may detain individuals that are damaging property or individuals that they believe are committing crimes while on private property. Gruppe 6 cannot transport individuals. When an individual has been detained, police must be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
D.10 Lawyer RP - In order to be a lawyer, you must apply to be an attorney for the Department of Justice.
D.11 Community Officer Equipment - Community officers must use what the command /co gives. You cannot customize any of the load out that is given. There are three cars you may choose (/co 1-3) that is given and must be using Extra #1 (a lightbar) at all times.
D.12 ATC Traffic - At any point in time there shouldn't be members inside of the ATC RTO. People with access to the ATC RTO are Air Traffic Controllers, Pilots, Co-Pilots, LEO's with specific access to these channels.

Zoning Rules (Section E)​

E.1 Police Stations - Entering the detention area, roof, offices, lockers, and the back of a police department is strictly prohibited to police and invited guests.
E1.a. The perimeter(outside) and area (inside) of police stations, hospitals, petitionary, fire departments, are called Green Zones. You are not allowed to cause violent acts or a priority.
E.2 Loitering around Emergency Buildings - Loitering around Police Stations, Hospitals, Gas Stations, Stores, and Mechanic shops without valid roleplay intent will result in punishment.
E.3 Fort Zancudo - Entering the military base is prohibited. This will be considered FailRP as you would not realistically be able to enter.
E.4 Airports - At any point in time there is to be no civilians inside of any Airfields with the exception of: DATC members, Active Pilots, Passengers on planes, and LEO's with specific access to go into the area.

Property Rules (Section F)

F.1 To claim a property, you must /buy (postal) to purchase the property. Using /me is not a valid way to purchase a property. If you relog from the game, your property is lost, and must be repurchased. You can use /buy to see if the property is already owned. If the property is already owned, you cannot purchase it without the permission of the previous owner.
F.2 Business Activities - If you own a business, you are subject to the rules given to you about your business and risk losing it if they are not followed.

Miscellaneous (Section G)
G.1 Recruitment / Businesses - You cannot have your own discord for businesses or groups. This is considered recruitment and is therefore against the Community Policy. Use the channels provided in discord.
G.2 Mini-Modding - Mini-Modding is not allowed. This means unless you are staff you may NOT act like you are. This includes talking at server meetings, citing rules to players in game, telling someone they will be banned for something. etc. You may help individuals join our systems, (ie CAD, Discord, Teamspeak, etc) but cannot inform them of staff-related punishments.
G.3 Active Duty Claim - If at any point you claim to be a real-life LEO, Firefighter, Active Duty/Veteran you will be required to provide proof as such (ID and/or picture in uniform with pose specified by staff member).
G.4 Advertising - Sending invites from another FiveM based Discord server can result in a ban. If you receive an invitation to another FiveM based Discord, it is your responsibility to report the invitation to a member of our staff team. You CANNOT advertise your personal discord in any public chats. Advertising any other platform, game or community is a violation of this rule. You cannot have any reference to another Discord as your activity status.
G.5 Trash Talking - Trash Talking is not allowed. If our server is so bad, leave.
G.6 Monster trucks are not allowed.
G.7 Animals- If you are able to use the K9 menu, you are not allowed to run it as a civilian. A staff member who has authority to run as an animal may be your pet.
G.7 Loopholing - Exploitation of any grey area in the rules is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban. If unsure about a rule, DM a Server Staff member.
G.8 Proof - No proof is needed to ban a member.
G.9 Staff Discretion - Just because a specific rule is not listed does not mean you can do what staff says you can't. Staff have their own discretion.
G.10 Default Ped - You cannot wear the default ped outside of spawn.
G.11 Menu Exploitation - Any use of server menus to powergame is strictly prohibited. (vMenu Exploits, Prop Menu, Clothing/Vehicle Menus, etc.)
